A complimentary 45-minute call to understand your business, your goals, and the questions keeping you up at night. We end with a clear next step, either with us or someone better suited.

2. Engagement Letter

A written proposal with defined scope, deliverables, fees, and timing. Nothing starts without your sign-off and a signed engagement letter you can share with counsel.

3. Delivery

We do the work, share progress in plain language each week, and deliver written outputs you can act on. We stay engaged through implementation when needed.
